Currently all USA/Canada orders are delivered via USPS ground shipping.  In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.  Please allow 3 - 7 business days to receive your shipment.  The applicable USA/Canada rates for shipping and handling are as follows:

• Orders $75 and over

• Orders between $25 and $75

• Orders under $25

For international orders other than Canada, a flat shipping rate of $4.50 per item ordered applies.






Ultimate Immune unconditionally guarantees every product ordered.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 30 calendar days of receipt, letting us know why, and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of any item.  We cannot reimburse shipping and handling charges, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "free shipping," our actual shipping charges to you will be deducted from your return refund.  Put another way, we offer a return policy where you only pay the round trip shipping costs.
